MORE THAN GARMENTS DELIVERY SERVICES. 

At More Than Garments, we are committed to delivering high-quality products with excellent customer service and timely delivery. All of our products are printed and manufactured in-house to ensure consistent quality control. Our production times may vary for each specific product, which is detailed on each product page, and please note that production time is separate from delivery time. In rare cases, if we need to reprint an item, it may take an additional 1-2 days.

Please note that delivery times are different from production times. At More Than Garments, we do not produce or dispatch items over the weekend, except during Christmas and other high-volume events. To ensure delivery before Christmas, the last orders must be placed on December 20th. For more information on our Christmas delivery deadlines, please refer to our website.

Delivery time details are outlined below:

UK DELIVERY
For most orders under 2kg, we use Royal Mail's 1st Class Recorded service as our standard delivery option. Royal Mail delivers 94% of our orders the next day, including Saturdays, but not Sundays. Please note that if we dispatch your order after 6 pm, any delivery address changes cannot be made. If your order is over 2kg, bulky, or large (over 60x40cm), we use FedEx UK couriers, who deliver the next business day. We offer a Saturday delivery service for an additional fee.

If you require a guaranteed delivery service, we offer a guaranteed delivery option. This service ensures that your item arrives the following business day. For items over 2kg or especially bulky, we use FedEx couriers, and for all other packages, we use Royal Mail's Special Delivery service. The guaranteed delivery option appears during the ordering process and incurs an additional charge. We also offer guaranteed Saturday deliveries (excluding business addresses) through Royal Mail and FedEx for a further fee.

UK non-mainland delivery is available for Royal Mail Recorded and Special Delivery, except in the case of large or bulky items that need a service other than Royal Mail's standard recorded. If a large or bulky package is sent to a non-UK mainland destination, customers may be required to pay the delivery excess surcharge charged by the carrier. We will inform you of any additional costs.

CUSTOMS TAX / DUTY
More Than Garments offers worldwide shipping with customs duties paid for most countries. If you are placing an order from outside the UK, please check if we offer a corresponding international website to avoid potential charges. These can be found in the footer section of our website. If your order is to be delivered outside the UK or one of our corresponding international sites, you may incur additional charges beyond our control, such as non-reclaimable customs tax and administration fees. Please check your delivery country's specific customs or import duty policies.

IN CASE OF DELIVERY DISRUPTIONS
In case of any delivery disruptions, we work closely with our courier partners to minimize delays. If there are any adverse weather conditions or postal strikes, delivery to some parts of the country may be affected. Information and updates regarding delivery services can be found on our courier partners' websites.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
For international deliveries, we use FedEx, DHL, TNT, or similar services as our default delivery option. This service includes package tracking and a guaranteed speedy delivery. Shipping costs and time can vary significantly for remote areas, and it may be necessary for More Than Garments to charge an additional fee. In such a case, we will contact you to discuss payment before any additional charges are incurred.
